Additional Fees

  • Advance payment by credit card (via Stripe)

  • Payment is required upon reservation confirmation.

  • For some group bookings, partial prepayment or installment options may be available.

Service Provision Timing

Services are provided on-site or at the designated location at the date and time reserved.

Cancellation, Changes, and Refund Policy

【Individual Customers】

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Same-day cancellation: 100%

  • 1 day prior: 75%

  • 2 days prior: 50%

  • 3 days prior or earlier: Free

If you wish to change the time on the same day, a fee of 500 yen per change will apply. Changes made the day before or earlier are free of charge.

【Groups (10–25 people)】

  • 3 days prior or earlier: Free

  • 4–13 days prior: 50%

  • 14 days prior or more: 100%

【Groups (26 people or more)】

  • 7 days prior or earlier: Free

  • 8–18 days prior: 50%

  • 19 days prior or more: 100%

【Visiting Tea Ceremony (at hotels or facilities)】

  • 60 days prior or earlier: Free

  • 59 days prior or less: Subject to contractual conditions and charges

If a refund is issued, any payment processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
All changes or cancellations must be made by email or phone.

About Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive an official “Reservation Confirmation Email” from us.
Please note that completing the payment alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
